Well That Was A Wild Ride

I just watched all 55 episodes of Steven Universe, because screw productivity! But seriously, it was awesome.

I watched Steven Universe back when it first came on, but I stopped watching around the fifth episode or so. It just didn't seem like my thing, since I was never big on the "magical girl" genre.  But then a few days ago there was nothing to watch, so I just turned it to Cartoon Network. They had a more recent episode on (Joyride) and it renewed my interest.

Beware, if you haven't watched but want to, there are SPOILERS BELOW.



Anyway, in the episode Steven talked about how the gems were actually aliens and how he and the others had been taken prisoner and he was his Mom?!? And then at the end Amethyst mentioned how he broke them out of space jail. Yeah, I had to see that. So I went on demand and there was an episode called Jailbreak.

And man, Ruby and Sapphire fusing and then Garnet's song. Not to mention Lapis, I had no idea who she was at the time but I wanted to find out! So I found a playlist of all the episodes on Youtube and just finished yesterday.

And in case none of my peeps watch Steven Universe, sorry for the journal. I just thought it was awesome and had to share. Actually, I like a lot of shows I never mention...any of my watchers like Adventure Time or Gravity Falls?
